The 2016 Healthcare Design Expo & Conference is being held November 12-15, 2016 at the George R. Brown Convention Center, Houston, TX

Registration for HCD 2017 is not yet open.

 

Email healthcaredesign@experient-inc.com , or call customer service toll-free at 877-914-4677. International registrants, please call 240-439-2984 Monday – Friday 9:00AM – 6:00PM EST.

All HCD Expo & Conference attendees must have a badge. Personal guest badges are available for purchase in registration for non-industry persons. Guest passes include access to keynotes, conference-provided networking events, and the exhibit hall during exhibit hall hours. Guests are prohibited from attending education sessions, tours, workshops, interactive discussions, and pre-conference offerings.

Yes, hotel reservations can be made online through the Hotel & Travel section of the Healthcare Design website. onPeak is the official housing agent for Healthcare Design.

Cancellation requests should be emailed to HealthcareDesign@experient-inc.com by October 14, 2016. Subject to a $50 cancel fee. No refunds available for persons who register after October 14, 2016. All refunds issued after the last day of the show.

The Healthcare Design Expo & Conference offers several conference sessions with CEUs.

Badges will not be mailed in advance. If you’ve pre-registered, you will pick up your badge upon arrival at registration, which is located outside of Exhibit Hall D & E at the George R. Brown Convention Center. If you have not yet registered, please register here.

Exhibiting companies receive one Exhibitor Conference badge per 100 sq ft. of booth space. Additional Exhibitor Conference badges are available for purchase for $750, or Exhibitor Expo-Only badges for $149. Exhibitor badges are for exhibiting company personnel only. Register for exhibitor badges here.

Sunday, November 13: 4:00 PM — 7:00 PM
Monday, November 14: 10:45 AM — 4:00 PM
Tuesday, November 15: 10:30 AM — 1:00 PM

HCD Connect, from an exhibitor perspective, is where you will enter your online and printed directory profile information. This includes selecting product categories and your company description. The information in your profile will also feed into the mobile app.

Yes. Free Wi-Fi is offered throughout the George R. Brown Convention Center in the public space. In the exhibit halls and meeting rooms, contact Smart City for options.
