It is unbearable for parents to imagine their child battling cancer. What if the closest facility offering the necessary treatment for a child’s rare form of cancer is more than two hours away? Unfortunately for families faced with neuroblastoma, that can often be the case. In hopes of providing support to children and families facing these challenges, Levine Children's Hospital recently opened its first MIBG therapy suite. This suite, however, isn’t like other cancer treatment suites.
