All exhibitors must register for HCD exhibitor badges. Exhibiting companies receive one (1) exhibitor conference badge and two (2) exhibitor expo only badges per 100 sq ft. of booth space. Additional Exhibitor Conference badges are available for purchase for $999-$1,299, or Exhibitor Expo-Only badges for $299-$399, price varies with time of purchase. Exhibitor badges are for exhibiting company personnel only. If you would like to purchase an attendee pass for a customer, please contact your account executive. Register here

HCD has free pre-show marketing tools for you to use through a platform called Feathr. The tools available to you are a custom landing page, a custom web ad, and a custom email template. You can access these tools via your dashboard. Exhibitors who were contracted prior to June 27 were emailed their dashboard link on June 28. If you contracted after that or need your link sent again, request it here. Here’s some more info about each of these tools:
Landing Page: This is a page that can be branded with your logo, company description, and has your booth number. When posting on social media, link to this page to give your customers a place to go for more information. View example
Web Ad: Various size web ads with your booth number have been made for you. Post these ads on your website or include in the bottom of your emails. Link your landing page to it as well. View example
Email Template: Use this email template to use to invite your customers/prospects to join you at HCD. You can either upload a list via the “import list” button and send emails through Feathr, or you can export the email and send through your own platform. View example

Unauthorized Housing Companies Contacting Exhibitors & Attendees
Please be vigilant if approached by any company or service other than OnPeak, HCD’s Official Housing Provider, that implies or claims to be an official housing provider of HCD. We have been made aware of other housing companies or travel agencies that may be aggressively pursuing you, or your company, to book your guest rooms through their company at supposedly significant discounts. HCD has NO affiliation with these organizations and in no way endorses their services.
By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on web sites, or any other purpose by Emerald Expositions and its affiliates and representatives. You release Emerald Expositions, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings.
By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Emerald Expositions or the person or entity designated to do so by Emerald Expositions.
You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.
