Christopher W. Kiss, AIA, NCARB, EDAC is a PhD student in the Planning, Design and the Built Environment (PDBE) at Clemson University, South Carolina, and a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army. Chris has most recently served as a Medical Program Manager at the Fort Bliss Hospital Replacement project office in El Paso, Texas, and has experience with management of numerous healthcare projects in various states of design through construction and outfitting. Chris has a MArch from Norwich University and a MS in Construction Management from Texas A&M University.
