Debra Moran is Vice President of Community Based Services at Virtua Health. Debra is responsible for leading a portfolio of programs and services that Virtua provides to the community related to clinical delivery, program development and community impact. Debra is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 35 years of operational and leadership experience. She has a keen ability to assess and implement successful program changes to increase effectiveness. Debra is responsible for building effective relationships and promoting collaborative relationships with Virtua and in the communities they serve. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Allied Health Management from Widener University and a Master’s of Science degree in Organizational and Strategic Leadership from Newman University. A mission driven professional, Debra currently serves on several nonprofit boards including: The Boys and Girls Club of Camden County, Cooper’s Ferry Partnership, Camden Coalition of Healthcare Providers and Parkside Business and Community In Partnership. Debra resides in West Deptford, NJ with her husband Paul of 43 years and enjoys spending time with their three children and two grandchildren.
