Jim has more than 25 years of experience designing and planning innovative healthcare facilities, academic medical centers, and research spaces. His work investigates and synthesizes new technologies, activity- and behavior-based programs, and spatial models to create strategies and architectural typologies that further his clients’ missions. Founder and Co-chair of the Healthcare Committee of the New York Building Congress, Jim has sat on the AIA Board of Directors for both Pennsylvania and New York State. He has been a featured speaker and panelist at Cleveland Clinic’s Empathy & Innovation Conference and the Health Facilities Symposium, and is currently directing NYU Langone’s Medical Center and Health System Master Plan. Jim is a registered architect in 12 states and a graduate of Drexel University.
