Jessie Wrigglesworth is a post-graduate landscape architecture student from Victoria University of Wellington. Her research interests focus on the positive impact that well designed and meaningful environments have on people’s relationship with spaces. This has been concentrated on the potential impacts landscape architecture can have in mental health environments and rehabilitative environments. By exploring the effects of space on a person’s behaviour in association with environments that typically aren’t given much design attention, there is real opportunity to understand and assist the benefit landscape architecture can have on patients health and wellbeing.
