Robert Wenz graduated in 2004 with a BSN degree and began his clinical career in a pediatric cardiac ICU. After ten years of clinical experience working in three of the top ten rated pediatric cardiac programs in the nation (Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital-Stanford (LPCH) and UCSF), he transitioned into a leadership role. Robert graduated in the first cohort of UCSF’s MS in Healthcare Administration and Interprofessional Leadership program in 2014. Robert actively led the opening UCSF’s Benioff Children’s Hospital at Mission Bay and is now at LCPH, recently opening his second new hospital in three years.
