Samantha Green is an accidental healthcare leader. After studying economics and sociology, she worked in a process improvement role at a health system in southeastern Wisconsin. In that role, Sam cultivated interests in health care, quality improvement and team mechanics. She is specifically interested in how team dynamics can positively impact project outcomes and adoption of change. She’s spent the last nine years at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin expanding on that pursuit, leading large-scale change, focusing on people and outcomes in a pediatric environment. When Sam’s not working, she plays volleyball, travels and reads.
