The goal, as stated by CCHMC: “To centralize capacity management across our enterprise optimizing efficiencies to improve access.” Organizational Benchmarking of various command centers showed increased savings through increased transfers, improved transport dispatch time, and faster bed assignment translating significant operational savings.
