The 2018 Healthcare Design Expo & Conference is being held November 10-13, 2018 at the Phoenix Convention Center in Phoenix, Arizona.

All HCD Expo & Conference attendees must have a badge. Personal guest badges are available for purchase in registration for non-industry persons. Guest passes include access to keynotes, conference-provided networking events, and the exhibit hall during exhibit hall hours. Guests are prohibited from attending education sessions, tours, workshops, interactive discussions, and pre-conference offerings.
Cancellation requests should be emailed to HealthcareDesign@experient-inc.com by October 10, 2018. Subject to a $50 cancel fee.No refunds available for persons who register after October 10, 2018. All refunds issued after the last day of the show.
The Healthcare Design Expo & Conference offers several conference sessions with CEUs.
Mobile app has not yet launched. All registered attendees will receive additional information for mobile app instructions.

All exhibitors must register for HCD exhibitor badges. Exhibiting companies receive one (1) exhibitor conference badge and two (2) exhibitor expo only badges per 100 sq ft. of booth space to use for. Additional Exhibitor Conference badges are available for purchase for $700-850, or Exhibitor Expo-Only badges for $129-249, depending on time of purchase. Exhibitor badges are for exhibiting company personnel only.
Badges will not be mailed in advance. If you’ve pre-registered, you will pick up your badge upon arrival at the registration desk.

HCD Connect, from an exhibitor perspective, is where you will enter your online and printed directory profile information. This includes selecting product categories and your company description. The information in your profile will also feed into the mobile app.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in the lobby and public areas of the hotel.
