Project ArchitectGenslerSusan has over 20 years of experience in architecture, in a variety of project types and scales including healthcare, academic, laboratory, and residential towers. She has worked on innovative, sustainable projects across ten states, pushing the envelope of design while strengthening and expanding existing medical services programs. Susan participated in the design and documentation of a 500-bed new hospital for Kaiser Permanente, which went from concept to OSHPD approval in 19 months and was completed with a LEED Platinum certification.
She helps clients to find balance across systems through the development of architectural design guidelines for major healthcare institutions.
