Yet adoption stalls when ease of use isn't there-mindsets resist change, teams aren't trained, and legacy processes, contracts, and approvals weren't designed for standardized assemblies. This session reframes modular integration as a management system, not just a building method-one that real estate, construction, and facility leaders can operationalize across planning, design, procurement, and operations. We'll show how increase adoption by redefining and restructuring paradigms and processes to make -the right way- also the easy way. Drawing from real project insights, this discussion will show how modular strategies move beyond incremental improvement to reshape capital planning, operational readiness, and long?term asset performance across entire portfolios. Attendees will leave with actionable plays to overcome behavioral, procedural, and contractual barriers and to scale modular approaches portfolio?wide within the Facility, Project & Asset Management Track.Show MoreClick the title to see all detailsShow More
