The 2026 Healthcare Design Conference + Expo exhibit hall continues to grow, with more than 400 vendors exhibiting at the 2026 event, to be held Oct. 17-20 in New Orleans. In addition to showcasing products and solutions designed for healthcare environments, the expo hall will host solutions-focused panel discussions at the Solutions Theater, networking events, and meals during exhibit hall hours.

Sunday, Oct. 18
Welcome Reception, 4:30-7 p.m.
Enjoy light bites, drinks, and networking while checking out the booths and visiting with vendors.
Project Gallery Preview and Reception, 4:15-4:45 p.m.
Connect with colleagues while getting a first look at the Healthcare Design Gallery, featuring standout projects from leading design firms. Light refreshments will be served.
Monday, Oct. 19

Here’s a look at some bonus features that are part of this year’s expo hall.
Solutions Theater
Short, focused panel sessions with exhibitors and industry partners will highlight emerging tools and approaches to industry challenges. Sessions will be scheduled during exhibit hall hours on Monday and Tuesday.
