The 2026 Healthcare Design Conference + Expo will welcome more than 250 exhibitors to the expo hall during this year’s event to be held Oct. 18-20 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans.
Additionally, the exhibit floor will host networking events, meals during expo hall hours, and the Solutions Theater, where exhibitors and industry partners will highlight their latest products, services, and success stories with short, focused sessions.
Also new this year, the conference is colocated with the International Federation of Healthcare Engineering (IFHE) 29th World Congress, which brings a global focus on engineering and design across 30 IFHE sessions, keynotes, and a dedicated IFHE Pavilion in the shared exhibit hall, featuring products and services focused on healthcare engineering and facility management.

Project Gallery Preview and Reception, 4:15-4:45 p.m.

- Solutions Theater: Short, focused panel sessions with exhibitors and industry partners will highlight emerging tools and approaches to industry challenges. Sessions will be scheduled during expo hall hours on Monday and Tuesday.
- IFHE Colocation: New in 2026, HCD Conference + Expo will be co-located with the IFHE 29th World Congress in collaboration with the Association of Medical Facility Professionals. Attendees can experience both events through shared networking opportunities, keynote presentations, and a combined expo hall, including the IFHE Pavilion, which will feature products and services focused on healthcare engineering and facility management.
