Her experience spans federal, state, and local government; education; recreation; science and technology; and healthcare campuses, with project scales ranging from building renovations to master plans covering thousands of acres. She provides strong leadership and understands the stewardship required for publicly funded projects. Chris is known for evaluating existing facilities, identifying space needs and operational efficiencies, and aligning day-to-day missions with long-term strategic capital investments. Chris also serves on the Omaha Planning Board, which oversees zoning, land use, and annexation decisions that help guide the growth of Omaha.
