Reporting directly to the hospital president, she drives financial stewardship, service efficiency, and alignment with system strategy. A nurse by training, Dr. Stith leads from a patient-centered, customer-service perspective, translating how every discipline impacts care delivery. Her background includes critical care nursing, nurse education, nurse practitioner practice, and more than a decade of hospital leadership experience.
