Executive Director, Capital Management and Facilities PlanningUniversity of Iowa Health CarePhil Boothby serves as the Executive Director of Capital Management and Facility Planning for University of Iowa Health Care and the Carver College of Medicine, where he provides leadership for healthcare capital planning and campus development across an academic medical center and regional clinic network. He leads the planning and delivery of facilities that support patient care, medical education, and research, with a focus on patient and family centered environments and long-term infrastructure stewardship.
Prior to joining UI Health Care, Phil led the capital program for Cook County, IL, overseeing healthcare, corporate, and public safety facilities within one of the largest public-sector portfolios in the country.
