EMAIL LIST RENTAL PROGRAM

Connect with registered attendees before the show and personally invite them to your booth. We can send an email on your behalf to our pre-registered audience, using the html that your company provides. Or, take your message further by reaching out to the entire Healthcare Design magazine list (talk to your Account Executive for special pricing for HCD exhibitors).

Please keep in mind that attendees will typically begin registering for upcoming events approximately 18 weeks before the event stages. Limited email dates are available and are filled on a first- come, first-served basis. Emails will be deployed through Emerald’s email vendor. Exhibitor to supply HTML file, subject line, seed list, and opt-out list to Emerald.

DIRECT MAIL LIST RENTAL PROGRAM

Using our third-party mailing service, send attendees a postcard to promote your product/brand, invite attendees to schedule meetings, visit your booth, order show specials… and BUY!

Please note that charges are for access to attendees and do not cover costs of creating, printing, or mail house services used with direct mail pieces. Direct mail is managed through HCDdirect.com (ExpoCommerce/Community Commerce). Emerald must approve direct mail pieces before the HCDdirect mailhouse can proceed with your order.  The Healthcare Design Conference + Expo is an annual conference focused exclusively on the design of hospital and clinic environments. The educational program is driven by industry experts who share case studies, research, best practices, and new approaches throughout the three-day learning experience.

To create the annual program, a call for presentations is opened, with submissions selected via a rigorous review process. All conference sessions must qualify for continuing education units, with four distinct learning objectives and one hour of content delivered.

The Center for Health Design is HCD's educational partner for the conference and manages the call for presentation process. Follow the link below to view the form on The Center’s website and submit a presentation proposal.
